Package Protection is an insurance service provided by Chaun Legend Professional Nails that insures packages in the case that they are lost or stolen upon delivery. It is automatically added to every cart, however, you have the option to remove it from your cart. By removing Package Protection from your cart, you are waiving coverage and releasing Chaun Legend Professional Nails of any responsibility if your package is lost or stolen. Package Protection cost varies depending on your Order Subtotal, please reference the list below:

• $2.75 for orders $0-$150
• $3.75 for orders $151-$250
• $4.75 for orders $251-$350
• $5.75 for orders $351-$450
• $7.99 for orders $451-$600+

Package Protection Updated Procedures

• Anything over $150 claimed needs a police report to be replaced.
• All claims are for replacements after delivery only. No refunds/store credit and does not cover delays
• All replacements over $150 require signature
• To report a lost/stolen package, you must contact us within 7 days from the date that it is marked delivered. All replacements are subject to validation and approval at Chaun Legend Professional Nails’ discretion.
